**Position**:

**The HR Controller **will support R&D and G&A controlling and will link with the HR team, taking care of the following tasks:

- Monitoring Headcount and workforce costs, understand key trends

- Business partnering to support with actual, forecasting and budgeting

- Monthly analysis of results and monthly forecast

- Liaise with Work Day / HR master data team for data gathering

- Prepare reports/analysis and Power point presentations for finance and non

- finance divisions

**Requirements**:

**Who are we looking for?

- HR Controller with 2-3 years post qualification experience

- Degree in Economics

- English fluency is a must

- Experienced in manipulating large data sets

- Ability to interpret data and transform them into visual reports and dashboards, making it easier for colleagues to understand

- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills are essential

- Able to take the initiative and demonstrate an attitude towards continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Knowledge of Tagetik, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Work Day is a plus
