Our client is an Italian Multinational Company with offices in **Parma**, operating in different industrial sectors and in different countries.

For the upgrading of the **HR Department**, we are seeking:

**HR COST CONTROLLER

**Posizione**:

He / She will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

- Analysing data and creating ad hoc HR Reports (FTE, absenteeism, Overtime monitoring and labour cost).

- Personnel forecasts, analysis and budget process in collaboration with HR Director, HR Managers, and Controlling.

- Manage documentations related to the hiring and life cycle of employees (promotions, change in contractual agreements, salary increase).

- Operates, maintains and updates HR Information Systems (leading partners).

- Creation, implement and improve HR Analytical KPIs in order to translate them into clearly written technical requirements, coordinating with external consultant.

**Requisiti**:

**Data management and analytical skills** do complete the profile.

Fluency in **English** is required.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically **Excel**, and knowledge of **Information Systems** applied in the **HR** field.
