HR Cost Controller Europe**:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Cost Controller to be part of Diesel European Region.

The role will report to the Global HR Cost Controlling Manager and will work in business partnership with the HR Director Europe supporting the Region with the personnel cost planning and control activities related to the 15 Legal Entities.

The role will work closely with the regional HR team and with the regional and global finance teams.

- Main Responsibilities- Planning, consolidation and monitoring of personnel cost annual budget and projections (BDG, PJ1, PJ2 and 3YP) following the company's guidelines and the regional requirements

- Creation of monthly reports monitoring Key HR KPIs (including headcount, FTEs and labour cost), analysis and presentations for the top and middle management

- Support the business by creating ad hoc analysis based on the business requests (e. i.

retail personnel cost and KPI monitoring, impact of specific item costs etc. )

to improve HR cost control process

- Support the monthly closures activities ensuring the correct cost allocation (accruals, reconciliations, funds creation/usage/release etc. )

and providing variances analysis

- Support the analysis related to the retail projects by providing the best estimation possible with regards to personnel cost

- Definition of salary review processes and monitoring of data collection and implementation reflecting the local markets best practices and needs

- Coordinate and support the retail and head office monthly and annual incentives and bonus providing reports and analysis

- Support the process analysis related to the admin / payroll activities in Europe with the aim to improve and harmonize processes within the region

- Participate actively in HR processes' implementation and management always ensuring to improve the digital mindset and the tools integration

- Requirements- At least 3-4 years of experience as HR Cost Controller with international scope and structured multinational retail company

- Master's degree in economics or similar

- Capability to work in a fast paced environment and orientation to build up processes and new way of working

- Proficient in MS office particularly Excel

- Proven experience with HR related digital tools (SuccessFactors, SAP, Power BI. . )

- Strong analytical mindset and skills, business orientation and understanding

- Hands on attitude and digital transformation orientation

- Fluent in English and Italian, a third European language will be considered a plus

- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

- Ability to travel in the main EU Hubs if needed and between Breganze (Head Quarters) and Milan (EU Main Hub)
