**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Analysis and Monitoring:
- Collect, analyze, and monitor data related to human resources costs.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for potential cost savings.
Budget Planning and Management:
- Collaborate with the HR department to develop and maintain the annual HR cost budget.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure alignment with overall organizational budgetary goals.
Variance Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret variances between actual and budgeted HR costs.
- Provide insights into the causes of variances and recommend corrective actions.
Forecasting:
- Contribute to the development of HR cost forecasts based on historical data and current trends.
- Provide timely updates to support proactive decision-making.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of HR cost control measures.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline procedures.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR cost performance to key stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all HR cost-related activities.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting HR cost management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR cost control, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
