Hr Country Director
Requisition ID: 30157- Job Location(s): Torino, ITDanfoss is looking for a Head of HR for Italy.
Reporting to our Head of Regional HR, SER (South Europe Region) you will lead an HR team, consisting of around 6 HR generalists and specialists.
As Head of HR Italy, you will drive the HR agenda in Italy, ensuring that the HR initiatives facilitate the overall business goals.

You will be driving the HR agenda, in alignment with the global HR Strategy, guiding our business and functional leaders to achieve our business aspirations whilst ensuring that our HR processes run optimally.
You will play an instrumental part in delivering and implementing key initiatives and facilitate Talent Development, Organisational changes and optimisation of existing processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Lead the Italian HR team and guide them to deliver on all operational HR topics related to our 600 Italian colleagues divided on 10 locations.
- Ensure operational excellence within the functional areas such as Labour Relations and Legal, Education & Training, HR Masterdata, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Generalist guide functions.
- Act as a partner to the Regional Head of HR, SER and believed advisor to the Business and Functional Leadership teams with activities in Italy
- Actively participate in the CLT Italy (Country Leadership Team) in shaping and driving our HR Strategy forward and adapt if needed to regional needs.
- Foster a culture that covers change and a continuous improvement mindset
- Participate and represent your country and Region in Group HR projects
**Background & Skills**:
- Strong business leadership acumen
- Ability to "think Danfoss" playing an active role in defining and implementing judicious HR Topics
- Link HR Strategy & General Business needs to formulate optimal solutions to support the business requirements
- Effectively coach, guide leaders building trust with integrity, being self-driven and open minded
- Ability to work in a diverse, matrix organization with many different stakeholders
- Effective team player, able to collaborate across the organization at all levels
- Ability to establish high standards of HR services by continuously improving current practices, seeking feedback, disputing status quo, and engaging with the business leaders and the HR community
- Bachelor or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or similar
- Proven track record of working with and advising management on organizational changes, compensation, benefits, employment law
- A positive mindset and a "can-do-attitude"
