Job Description The Human Capital function is a vital unit within our organization that focuses on managing and optimizing the organization's most valuable asset: its people.
Its primary objective is to promote the workforce development in line with strategic goals of the organization while fostering a positive work environment that enables employees to thrive and contribute to the organization's success. The Culture Team has the responsibility to design the People Strategy and implement it in the overall Business Unit promoting a meritocratic, performance-oriented and inclusive culture. As a Culture Intern , you will join a team of 4 and you will provide support in various activities aimed at enhancing our organizational culture. Your main tasks will include:Assisting in crafting and executing the upcoming People Strategy for the strategic cycle 2025-2027, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals Collaborating on the introduction and execution of the new Internal Mobility process, facilitating seamless transitions and talent development within the organization Contributing actively to the preparation and analysis of the Global Engagement Survey in alignment with Group guidelines Assisting in the implementation of specific training and development initiatives to foster continuous learning and growth among our workforce Requirements The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:Educational background in economics, preferably with a focus on HR Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively and efficiently in data management and presentation preparation Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Excellent written and spoken English language skills Soft skills:Collaborative and a strong team player Curious and open to challenges Project management skills, deadline-oriented, and precision-focused Reliability and problem-solving abilities Company Profile Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
