Job Summary: Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Senior HR Operations Administrator will manage HR Operations processes for all Italian plants including multiple legal entities.
He/she will provide local partnership and advice to local people managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle documentation processes, working in close collaboration with the other HR team members.
The role will be based in Parma plant, with business travel as required to the other Italian sites, and will supervise 4 resources.
General Responsibilities: Delivery of the HR Operational services to the different Italian plants ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation and process excellence.
Be the first point of contact for internal customers by enhancing the use of employee HR tools and platforms as well as granting successful on-boarding experience. Supervise all aspects of Personnel administration in coordination with external labor consultantsEnsuring employment contracts and employee life cycle documentation complianceLead monthly payroll/T&A cycles for all legal entities supervising and guiding the local HR team membersOn occasion of Mergers & Acquisitions, lead the migration to current company providers for payroll and Time & Attendance and guide harmonization of processes and policies as requiredAssuring the completeness, accuracy and confidentiality of personnel filesEnsure Personnel data maintenance in Success FactorsManagement of HR Operations suppliersDevelop and maintain local HR policies and local company rules. Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with statutory/government regulationsSupport annual compensation review cyclesWorkplace : Parma.
Travel required to other company sites in northern Italy.
Education: Degree in human resources, legal, economics or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 to 8 years progressive HR Operations experienceWorking knowledge and application of Italian laws and Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreement.
