Entity and activity description Present in Italy since 1909, Air Liquide is the market leader in industrial gases and related services and technologies.

Using an industrial and commercial structure spread throughout the country and a pipeline network of 600 km, Air Liquide Italy supplies around 100 thousand direct and indirect customers, from large companies to small artisans.

Air Liquide Italy has three Business Lines:

- Large Industries:

provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines)

- Industrial Merchant:

develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases, manages the on site production and services for industrial customers.

- Electronics:

develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.

Missions and Responsibilities The HRT project aims at revisiting our HR processes and tools in the spirit of continuous improvement, to enhance our employee's experience.

One ofthe key enablers of this HR Transformation will be the deployment of the unique Core HR system selected to replace our current patchwork of HR IS tools which is a source of complexibility.

For a successful journey we will glad to introduce a Data Steward that will support the Italian team to take care the following activities:

Data Gathering:

Analysis of AS IS core employee data, to manage the extraction of the currently store data;

Data Mapping:

collaborate with consultancy company to provide the data for the uploading in the new tool;

Data Validation:

take care of the test phase to check the data availability and the quality of migration data.

In the detail check if the data are correct or missing, or the data format is correct.

In the case of a gap the data steward will cooperate with the HR Transformation team to fill the gap and to improve the quality.

Competencies and Profile Data Science Degree; Management Engineering or similar degrees

Maximum one year experience in Business and Finance Area;
