**HR Data Analyst - Internship**:

TXT Group is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our HR Analytics team at our headquarters in Cologno Monzese (MI).

The role of the HR Data Analyst involves reading and analyzing data to provide useful business insights used for guiding strategic management decisions and process optimization.

**Main responsibilities**:

Generate and update reporting systems on HR data;

Support data maintenance and supervise the correctness of information in company systems;

Perform analysis on data available in the HR information system;

Contribute to the creation of interactive dashboards focused on personnel analysis, guiding the overall human resources strategy.

**Requirements**:

Degree in Management Engineering or related field;

Good numerical and analytical skills;

Proficiency in Excel;

Excellent command of both Italian and English languages.
