Hr Digital Services Specialist & Continuous Improvement Lead

As part of our HR Services team, you will act as an HR Digital Services & CI Lead, promoting and deploying our HR digital solutions and leading innovative Continuous Improvement projects. Join the team of self-driven enthusiasts with passion for HR and can-do attitude! What will you do? Manage and oversee existing HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user support. Collaborate with Corporate teams to localize and implement new HRIS, ensuring alignment with local requirements and regulations. Develop and customize local HRIS using tools such as MS Power Platform to address specific business needs. Lead HR Analytics initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Drive innovative Continuous Improvement projects within HR processes, leveraging Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within HR systems and workflows. Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology, analytics, and Agile methodologies to recommend and implement improvements. What will help you to be successful? Bachelor or Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship or in Management Engineer Background in HR and/or Finance Good command of English Microsoft Office and Power Platform knowledge Business Intelligence tools knowledge Agile methodology knowledge Accuracy, interest, knowledge and/or experience in HR would be your advantage Result orientation and team-working skills Pro-active attitude and innovation spirit
