Working alongside the company tutor, as HR EMEA Intern, you will be involved in supporting day-to-day activities related to the EMEA HR Business Partnering.

What can you learn with us?

: Supporting store recruiting processes;Workday hiring process and general support;Reporting and data analysis;Managing researches and analysis to ensure coherence among data supporting the HR team on special projects;Preparing presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis. Do you have these qualifications and skills?

: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field;Additional HR training or experience is a plus;Fluency in English and Italian;Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude, and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;Able to build solid relationships with internal and external teams based on open communication;Data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision;Excellent organization of time, resources, and activities, with respect for deadlines.
