The _HR EMEA Intern_ will support day-by-day activities related to the EMEA HR Business Partnering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support store recruiting processes;

- Workday hiring process and general support;

- Support Retail HR Team in the Administrative processes;

- Report and Data analysis, including EMEA commission calculation;

- Ensure the correct filing of employee's documents in the company archive;

- Manage researches and analysis to ensure coherence among data supporting the HR team on special projects;

- Prepare presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field;

- Additional HR training or experience is a plus;

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;

- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;

- Language skills: English and Italian fluent;

- Team work: collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;

- Relationship: able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication;

- Analysis and Reports: data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision;

- Excellent organization of time, resources and activities, respect of deadlines.
