Team Overview And Job Responsibilities
Join us as an HR Equity Compensation Specialist within our HR Total Reward and International Mobility Function. You'll be reporting to the Global Equity Compensation Senior Manager, who heads the Value4All program. This equity compensation strategy is part of our 2030 Social Ambition agenda and it encourages Prysmian employees' share ownership through three share-based plans: 'BE IN on the value creation, say YES to your future, and GROW with the group'.
What are you going to do? - Administer and ensure seamless execution of global HR equity compensation processes- Coordinate and support the HR community Facilitating the rollout, implementation, and communication of the equity plans- Perform data analytics and reporting, Extracting insights to drive informed decisions- Prepare documentations and presentations to the management, crafting clear and compelling materials for management- Support plan participants and HR community in their queries, addressing queries and providing guidance
What will you bring to the table? - Preferred at least 2 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits within a public company- Master's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or a related field- Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint- Preferred knowledge of stock markets and corporate governance rules- A team player mindset with robust interpersonal skills- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Fluency in English (C1 minimum)- Have a great eye to details as the role requests high level of data management and data entry tasks
