To design accurate job descriptions and prepare required networking and sourcing strategies while maintaining professional relationships with various recruitment portals.

Screen all applicants and resumes for all hiring managers.

Participate in various recruitment events, maintain all work according to recruitment guidelines, implement various sourcing strategies, and ensure achievement of all hiring demands.

Manage the life cycle of recruitment processes, screen and perform interviews with all prospective candidates, develop and maintain professional relationships with various members, and assist in automating recruitment systems according to processes.

Monitor all recruitment processes and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

Assist in recruiting all top talent available, organizing and performing interviews with all prospective clients.

Schedule all interviews with heads of departments and determine all business development and recruitment strategies.

Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR & Administration Management.

Design, implement, and document all policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage and advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling, grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labor laws as well as the Employment Act.

Drive implementation of KPIs and KRAs. Undertake other related jobs/tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Hands-on experience and resourceful in the recruitment and selection functions.

Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, flexible, and perseverant with a can-do attitude.
