Experience: 3-4 years minimum Qualification: MBA - HR Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM Location: GroNext Corporate House - 31, Navjivan Industrial Society, Vesu Canal Road, near Unique Hospital, Udhana, Surat-395002 Required Skills: MS-Excel Leadership Skills Communication Skills Decent English Mailing Computer Skills Teamwork Key Responsibilities: Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select Applicants. Allocate Human Resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities For promotion and employee benefits. Plan and conduct new employees' orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. For newly joining employees at branches outside HO, the induction & orientation should be scheduled within a month of his/her joining at the branch. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation and employee relations. Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Conduct Exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations. Employee (CSA, Workers) incentive disbursement on time. Timely disbursement of salary and compliance for the same. Mailing minutes of the meetings to the concern persona as well as to the Director. Activities to provide motivational and inspirational quotes. Every fortnight team bonding or team refreshing activities. Company Benefits: Provident Fund.
