**Responsibilities**:

The HR Expansion Manager has to:

- Contribute to company growth according to the development plan - namely opening more Lionard offices - by searching for and selecting the best talent as defined by the company standards profile;

- Prepare staff plan for each new office, providing for growth plan;

- Select the best sales profiles and provide the best start-up conditions;

- Supervise the recruiters team;

- Report to the Operations Director and the National Sales Director, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.

**Requirements**:

The HR Expansion Manager has to demonstrate previous professional experience in sales / development and recruitment roles within real estate contexts or in any case in structured business firms.

We consider it a plus having been the owner of an agency and / or licensed real estate agents.

- Strategic vision: the person must be able to perform a cost-benefit analysis, accurately assess the risk, predict both long and short-term results and judge the implications;

- Problem solving attitude: the person must solve problems independently thanks to a solid sense of responsibility and good personal judgment;
