Hr Facility Manager
We are seeking an HR Facilities Manager to join our HR Security & Facilities department. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of all organizational facilities and equipment in Turin. This role ensures that the facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with all health, safety, and organizational regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance & Safety: Ensure the functionality, cleanliness, and safety of all facilities, including utilities management, fire prevention, and general maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage emergency situations to minimize disruptions to business operations, in line with corporate procedures. Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets related to facility operations. Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality. Investments & Projects: Plan and coordinate facility renovations, upgrades, and capital investments. Provide technical and strategic support for business initiatives, including requalification projects. Develop long-term strategies for facilities management that align with organizational goals. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities team. Foster the development of team members, encouraging professional growth and implementing initiatives to enhance their skills. REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience in facility management or a related department. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical expertise in facility management, including project management. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting processes (accruals, reallocations, invoicing). Proficiency in MS Office and CAD. Fluency in English. SKILLS: Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
