Hr Field Recruiter
Overview:
- MSF mandate is to provide medical care, always putting the patients and their primary needs first.
We prioritize high quality care, even when working in difficult conditions and with limited resources.
To do this, we must listen to our entities (MSF movement), to our field workers, and to the external environment that surrounds MSF in Italy.
- Under the guidance of the Head of Career Managers and Recruiters, the HR Field Recruiter ensures the process of recruitment of humanitarian workers for the field operations, responding to the HR demands coming from Operations, ensuring quantity and quality of the profiles required
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruiting
- Have a strategical vision over the HR field needs across MSF movement in order to orientate recruitment for providing the best answers to those needs
- Implement the recruitment strategies defined with the line manager
- Define, propose and manage activities for "active recruitment" within the Italian context in order to sensitize and boost MSF field operations visibility in collaboration with HR digital and other MSF IT departments
- adapt the recruitment strategies to context and be able to increase recruitment volume when needed
- be the focal point for the Assessment Centre process and practical organization
- Manage, when requested by the Operational Centre, the processes for the "on post recruitment"
- Request the technical validation for specialist profiles according to MSF operational HR procedures.
- Plan and guarantee an effective and efficient recruitment process of humanitarian workers
**Archiving
- Ensure the proper management of data and the compliance to GDPR requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2-year MSF/3 missions field experience as Coordinator in diverse contexts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking
- Analytical thinking
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Stress resilience
- Knowledge of MSF profiles for field positions
- University degree
- Fluency in English and Italian mandatory.
French is considered an asset.
**Conditions
Contract: 1 year contract, full-time.
Level II of Italian CCNL.
- Starting date: July.
- Location: Possibility to work remotely / from any MSF office with max 3h +/- difference
