We are looking for an HR Generalist for Grand Hotel Timeo that will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating training meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.

You'll also assist in creating policies, processes, and documents.

Ultimately, you'll ensure the HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire, and retain our employees. Responsibilities:Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functionsSupporting the culture of the hotel by embedding Belmond behaviours, promoting a fair, safe, inclusive, diverse environment, and leading initiatives that engage and empower the teamProcessing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
