**HR GENERALIST

reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources.

**Posizione**:

The resource will be an operational partner of all internal leaders for the improvement of the organization and for the support of the HR team.

To achieve these targets, he will be responsible for:

- Ensure the recruitment of the best talent through a recruiting process

- Prepare clear job descriptions consistent with the organization;

- Promote company branding in order to attract/retain top talent

- Contribute to the management of HR administrative activities

- Support the HR team and the Management in the various projects and activities

- Manage reporting mainly in excel about payrolls, costs, travel expenses, etc.

- Contribute to the Management of Time & Attendance in support of the colleague and support to the colleague on the payroll process

In addition to the above, the resource will take care - like the other members of the HR team - of the admin activities and rolling management of the office.

**Requisiti**:

We are looking for a professional of the role, with** 3-4 years of experience in medium-sized**, modernly organized, innovative multinational companies, with a good experience in the management of HR processes and who knows and has a solid experience of the main HR administrative processes A degree with a Master's degree in HR or titles consistent with the position is required, excellent English both spoken and written that allows a continuous comparison and professional exchange with colleagues in the region and leadership (not Italian); expert use of Microsoft office, Workday and the main HR management tools.

Autonomy, precision, strong attention to the internal customer, motivation and operation are the main soft skills required.

Organization and ability to work in teams and in situations of stress and high workload complete the profile.
