About the position**:

You will play an integral role in supporting activities around the employee lifecycle of our associates in Italy and join a fast-changing HR organization.

Qualifications

What you'll do

- Manage day to day HR activities for Italy.

- Work closely with the local & international HR teams on the implementation of people initiatives, local policies execution and maintenance.

- Handle employment-related enquiries from employees and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate escalation.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes as well as international mobility execution.

- Maintain HR knowledge (like sites, trends, best practices, regulatory changes) at local level.

**What we're looking for**:

- BSc. /BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or other related field.

- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, HR certification is a plus.

- Knowledge of HR best practices, personnel processes

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken Italian and English).

- Skills: critical thinking, interpersonal, relationship building, prioritization, problem solving.

- Behaviors: process oriented, reliable, and prompt follow-up.

- MS Office Tools knowledge

- Expertise working with SAP, SmartRecruiter and ServiceNow beneficial
