**Your responsibilities**:
- You are responsible for the HR administration for our Italian subsidiary (15-30 employees), from the entry to the exit process
- You prepare contracts, register new employees, maintain our systems and files, organize the onboarding of new joiners, proceed with the exit process
- You support companywide HR processes for example the goal setting process
- You are responsible for the timely processing of the payrolling and time management for our Italian employees (monthly check, preparation of accounting documents etc.
)
- You ensure compliance with local law as well as with corporate requirements and you provide guidance to all stakeholders with regards to Italy specific labor relations
- You support employees in daily matters (ordering lunch cards, mobile phones, fleet management etc.
)
**Your experiences**:
- You have 4+ years' experience as HR Administrator / Generalist in an international environment
- You have sound skills in MS Office
- You are customer-oriented, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and autonomous
- You are fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
