HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist for supporting the important integration project related to HR processes, accordingly with what is required from our headquarter.
Your Responsibilities
- Development of HR strategies in cooperation with the Headquarters and Local management.
- Secure succession planning of key staff / talent roadmap
- Roll out of all necessary OC HR integration processes (reward, talent, performance etc)
- Meaningful integration into HR reporting
- Support Hr manager for the personnel selection process based on company policies.
- Support the Manager for the correct processing of salaries.
- Manages recruitment, training, motivation, awareness, and corporate culture policies.
- According to the educational/training gaps identified by the process owners and/or by Management, plans the training activity.
- Relates with the various process owners for the purpose of launching and coordinating the process for evaluating personnel performance and objectives.
Your Profile
- Economics, Law, or equivalent degree
- English fluent.
- Experience in HR integration process
- Able to use HR tools
- Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office).
- Open and strong personality with positive and supportive mindset and very good communication skills.
- Team oriented behaviour.
