**Position: HR Generalist - Location: Modugno Bari
**Position Summary**:
Trane Technologies plant in Modugno is expanding/growing rapidely and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team.
She/he will be the prime interface of all employees for any HR related topic.
She/he will handle tactical and strategic work such as employee relations, recruiting and retention, performance management, training and development in a growing organization.
He/she will be responsible to support change management and execute key HR processes and priorities.
**Position Responsibilities/duties**:
Duties include but are not limited to **recruitment**, **employee relations, training & development, business partnering and performance management**.
- Working with the leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are in alignment with company goals (EES)
- Deploy HR new or ongoing HR projects (smartworking policy, PDC, EES)
- Oversee performance management program to ensure its consistently followed
- Work with leaders and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues; navigate challenging conversations
- Use influence to drive impact & better coach and support leaders
- Update and responsible for creating and implementing internal communications
- Facilitating liability management for compliance with employment laws and HR best practices; implementing soft skills training to address gaps
- Process for identifying high-potential and high-performing employees and development plans for each
- Review compensation structures to ensure alignment to the company's compensation philosophy and place in the market; Conduct salary surveys to assess market competitiveness
- Developing and coordinating training activities according to a preliminary analysis of employees' needs (Development Plan / PDC);

**Experience and Skills Required**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or human resources certification preferred.
- 3-5 years previous experience in a **manufacturing/production site and complex international environment**:
- Knowledge of Industrial CLA (metalmeccanico, CONFIMI piccole e medie imprese)
- Previous experience in dealing with Union, expert in labour relation
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
- **Very fluent English language (B2/C1) **French is welcome
- MS Office
