Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Generalist, who can balance being a partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all day-to-day HR activities.
Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, in collaboration with the international HR team, you will be a generalist covering all facets of HR, including HRIS, Organization, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, and HR Administration. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in deploying the Company People Strategy. Your ImpactEffectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and local organizational designPartner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plansDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development and succession planningEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR-related mattersProvide market labor trends and conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure alignment on salaries and market conditionsMaintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business resultsAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadershipAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What you should bring:2+ years' HR experiencePrevious experience as a Center of Excellence Expert in talent acquisition, talent management, C&B, Learning and DevelopmentExperience in a matrix organization and multinational environmentsExperience in working with HR ERP systems.
