Company Profile Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star hotel with 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all renovated with bright colors and unexpected details.
The hotel features a Bistrot offering Italian and international cuisine, a Bar, a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness center, and 7 meeting rooms.
The property is part of Marriott International, the world's largest hotel brand, and Westmont Hospitality Group.
We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated HR Generalist to join Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio.
Main Tasks Process monthly payroll through Zucchetti Software.
Manage all job postings and career profiles.
Determine applicant qualifications by pre-screening, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Conduct budget and forecast activities, including monthly reviews and comments.
Participate in job fairs representing the hotel.
Maintain all applications and interview notes in accordance with legal retention requirements.
Manage communications regarding employee recognition programs and events.
Organize, plan, and execute employee activities, including holidays.
Ensure mandatory training and Marriott training are conducted.
Oversee the onboarding and induction plan for new employees.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and hotel records.
Update internal documents and manage employee administration.
Ensure efficient and appropriate distribution of communications to all benefit-eligible employees.
Frequently update job descriptions to ensure accuracy.
Assist in maintaining accurate employee files and records.
Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement and training and development initiatives.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing documents and answering HR-related inquiries.
What We Are Looking For Previous experience of 1 year in a similar role is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Zucchetti Payroll tool is required.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English (B2-C1 level).
