We are looking for a temporary HR generalist/specialist willing to join our Group. This experience will give you the opportunity to join a dynamic, international, highly complex and constantly changing environment, with opportunities to learn and grow not only in the induction team, but also through interaction and exchange with other HR Business Partnering structures, other corporate or foreign functions.
He/she will have to work within the Upstream BU working closely with Business on various issues, also dealing with organizing and managing international projects more at transversal level.
Have the responsibility of:
Manage the recruitment and selection process from the sourcing activities to the placement, ensuring that qualified and aligned applicants are hired for organization and/or divisional positions. Prepare adequate documentation requested for the hired person (agreement and contract). Ensure adequate coverage of the recruitment and selection process, choosing the most effective tools and sources according to the selection objectives. Collaborate closely with the defined best suppliers in terms of permanent and temporary personnel. Collaborate directly with Business side supporting them during the selection process. Implements, updates and monitors statistical reports and archive. Support Business in the projects regarding training and development. Lead and support organizational and development initiatives and projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee satisfaction. Handle Training and Development initiative (focus on Italian perimeter). Handle Recruitments and Selection archive and KPIs. Analyze the training and educational needs of the area and lays out the relevant budget. Management and organization of cross-collaborative projects at the international level (Graduate Program, youth programs, and other similar initiatives) Required profile
MSc Degree (Economics, HR, Language). Previous experience in a multinational context. Previous experience in HR management, recruiting, training and development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills, coupled with vision and creativity. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Capacity to work in a team and in international environment. Able to work independently and proactively. Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
