Hr Generalist
Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.
Tasks Main duties and responsibilities: Facilitate the onboarding process for the new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the Company; Manage and mantain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality; Manage all recruiting activities, from posting job openings to supporting the team incandidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing; Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes; Provide HR support to employees and management; Maintenance of HR System holding employee information in timely and accuratemanner; Provide proactive HR best practice advice; Provide guidance and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, culture; Supporting the organisation in progressing the equality, diversity, and inclusionstrategy.
Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in a HR role Experience with HR systems, preferably Personio Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Permanent contract: salary and classification will be commensurate with previous experience.
