Marazzi belongs to Mohawk Industries, Inc. , the world's biggest flooring manufacturer and a multinational group listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Training and Development:Coordinate and organize training sessions, seminars, and other HR events, including catering and reservations. Supervise the training center, ensuring it is well-stocked and the facilities are maintained. Maintain documentation for PCTO, internships (curricula and extra), and apprenticeships. Coordinate special HR projects, such as Academy Duale and Young TILE. Onboarding and Orientation:Schedule onboarding tasks, conduct orientations, and update new staff records in the system. Serve as the point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. Recruitment Support:Assist with the recruitment process by screening CVs, identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and updating the candidate database. Compensation and Benefits:Produce and monitor the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, including MBO schemes. Document staff changes and prepare relevant communications. HR Administration:Maintain HR Management calendars, schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and manage agendas. Oversee and control business trip requests, providing reporting on personnel travel costs. Support internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests. Participate in Global Projects. Reporting and Documentation:Produce and submit reports on general HR activity, including recording training and personnel costs and relevant budget reporting.
