This role will be responsible for HR Administration and recruiting functions for Italian people.

**Key Objectives

- Manage personnel administration (including but not limited to employment contracts, internal regulations, salary, bonus, social security, etc.

).

- Serve as advisor on all payroll issues with employees

- Collaborate with the external payroll provider

- Manage employee life cycle (Employee Onboarding / Offboarding procedures and documentations)

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure the company adheres to legal standards.

- Provide general supporting activities and services to allow employees to work comfortably.

- Prepare and execute anniversary gifts and other employee care gifts for employees

- Help to recruit outstanding talent (hunt on LinkedIn, screen resumes, coordinate & conduct video interviews, schedule on-site interviews, liaise with hiring managers)

**Required Qualification

- Fluent in Italian and English

- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent, of which min.

1-2 years of experience as HR Administrator

- In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law

- General Excel, MS Suite and Google platform (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) knowledge

- Strong team player with a high level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

- Ability to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

- Knowledge of Collective Agreement (Metalmeccanico)

- Previous experience in ICT company
