You will be involved, with an increasing degree of autonomy and responsibility, in:

- the development, management and coordination of a variety of HR-related programs and activities at local and international level;

- offer first line support for people managers and employees for all topics related to operational HR including labor law specifics;

- support employees in the use and exploitation of existing HR tools.

**Qualifications

- Master Degree

- 1/2 years of proven working experience in HR department

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian

- Open-minded, fact based and solutions, oriented team player

- Structured and detailed approach to problem solving

- High degree of self-motivation and ability to drive and prioritize own tasks

- Passion for computer science and international experience will be considered a plus
