**Responsibilities**:
- The person sought, reporting to the Southern European Region Manager, will be in charge of operationally implementing the regional and group strategy at the local level, performing operational activities mostly related to the administrative part of HR with support to hr issues to the regional manager for the Italian processes related to the 3 business reasons present in Italy.
- Will have the management of a resource (internship) and cooperate with the external payroll firm.
- Will interact with the European Shared Service Center in Portugal.
- Main activities:
- payroll/presence cycle (entrusted to external payroll firm), reporting, labor cost processing
- Implementation of current collective bargaining agreements and related fund management
- Local reference for management team and employees
- Compensation & Benefits; annual Salary review process and variable incentive plans (Bonus)
- Management of corporate welfare initiatives
- Fulfillment of annual HR-related processes ( e. g. , monitoring procedure and management of protected/disabled categories)
- Support activities to HR manager for future position development
- On-boarding and Off-boarding of resources (e. g. , hiring, managing termination of employment relationships on a voluntary and non-voluntary basis, induction and integration of new resources, management of internship activation, etc.
)
- Selection (entertainment relations with agencies or headhunters and management of internally made recruiting processes)
- Contracts (e. g. , employment contracts, letters of conversion, smart working contracts, telecommuting, agents, etc.
)
- Training and development (e. g.
implementation of annual training plan, relations with external suppliers, organization of internal courses, company events, etc.
)
- Implementation of group projects
- Active participation and promotion of projects regarding Diversity & Inclusion
- Relations with union representatives
**Qualifications**:
- Have 4/5 years of experience in a payroll firm or at a structured company as HR Administration, HR Generalist or HRBP
- Excellent command of the office package (excel, power point, word)
- Proactivity, high degree of autonomy, organizational skills, speed
- Knowledge of English (basic) that will be used in project management and with colleagues in the shared service center in Portugal
- Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of Workday and Zucchetti systems
- Knowledge of CCNLs : industry executives, trade executives, chemical, tertiary, metalmechanical, AEG (agents)
