**About the role**:

In this role you will be responsible for employee's life-cycle management acting as main referent for employees, managers and secondees referent and advisor for contracts, payroll and administration topics and issues.

Belong the HR process you will closely work with the Local HR Manager and our center of Excellence on Talent Management, Compensation, Diversity and others to contribute on realizing our future strategy.

**Your Responsibilities**:

For sites in Rho and Modena

- Manage the payroll process in cooperation with the external provider timely, accurately and in compliance with the laws; this task includes the Time & Attendance System management, providing training and support to users and working in collaboration with the vendor for any implementation needed

- Acting as unique internal referent and advisor for managers, employees and secondees for contractual, administrative and payroll topics

- Producing and providing reports related to headcount, salaries & costs, T&A, overtimes, holidays; supporting the HR Manager to implement and efficient annual vacation plan according with the Italian laws

- Managing the hiring and onboarding processes - offer proposal, hiring contracts and documentation required, HRM system, User-in, payroll provider notifications - and train new hirings on local policies and procedures and tools

- Admin: handling all changes occurred during the duration of employment relationship (working time, level, positions, manager, salary increase. . . ) aligning the HRM system and providing formal letters to the involved employees

- Expatriate Management in coordination with the external consultants and according to the corporate guidelines and the local laws

- Implementing the annual local training plan from the collection needs to the training sessions in place, to the final monitoring/reporting; managing the funded training processes in collaboration with the external training provider and our L&D Team

- GDPR & Privacy: working closely with the our GDPR department and in cooperation with the company lawyer to produce and collect all documentation needed to grant the local processes compliance with the laws and the Company procedures

- Contribute to Safety by supervising, in cooperation with our external providers, Safety training and periodical medical checks to be compliant with the MCG Safety standard and local laws.

**Your Qualifications and Skills**:

- You hvae several years of experience in a fast-paced environment in a multinational organization

- Your know knowledge of italian labour law and payroll processes and Dynamics, Tax and social charges regulations is very strong

- In both italian and english you communicate very senior

- You are organized, people and solution oriented

- Your positive attitude helps you combine conceptual thinking and hands and working self-target oriented
