As a **People Operations Partner**, you will act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to key leaders on the business unit (BU) leadership team and leaders deeper in the organization**.

**You have a business focus approach and translate business strategies into human resources capabilities!

You will also undertake special projects and assignments that enable the organization to innovate and grow.

Project responsibilities include but are not limited to setting objectives and timelines, design thinking, data analysis and execution.

Do you have proven experience influencing and facilitating organizational change?

**Key Responsibilities

- Providing accurate and timely SME response on matters of employee/labor relations to relevant partners.

- Managing social partner relationships (unions/works councils) in partnership with the business.

- Mentoring/advising local leaders to drive engagement with their teams.

- Identifying needs & opportunities in Total Rewards that can drive performance & engagement

- Ensuring delivery of PPG and specific local processes in line with regulatory needs and observing compliance.

- Advising local leaders on organizational needs & workforce capabilities relating to skill development, org structure, and staffing needs; sharing feedback with Talent team to solve business problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or other equivalent field or equivalent work experience,

- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.

Proficient learning experience of employment/labor laws

- Proficiency in speaking and writing English

- Outstanding interpersonal and excellent communication.

- Proven expertise in implementing and leading organisational change

- Flexibility to travel
