**Posizione**:
We are looking for an **experienced and results-driven HR Generalist** to work with the HR Manager in order to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Duties for the HR Generalist will include aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee training and development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, maintaining staff relations.
These are the main duties and responsibilities for this role:
- Onboard and integrate new employee according to our customer culture and policies, increasing productivity and retention.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Oversee recruitment needs supporting the Regional team with employer branding activities in Italy
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Support the HR Manager in the day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e. g. , counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Administering payroll working with the external payroll agency and preparing legal documents (employment contracts, salary amendment letters, bonus letters etc.
)
- Provides HR policy guidance, interpretation and performs other related duties as assigned
**Requisiti**:
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree
- Be an italian mothertongue is a must have
- Being extremely proficient in english (written and verbal) is a must have
- At least 2/3 years' experience as HR (experience in multinational companies is considered a plus)
- Proven experience in training and development projects
- Good understanding of business functions
- Advanced knowledge of local employment law (Italy)
- Strong knowledge of Office (Excel in particular)
