Position Summary

With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.

**Responsibilities

The HR Generalist is responsible for the HR local activities support reporting to HR Division Manager.

As a HR Generalist, you will be in charge of : - Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets;

- Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes;

- Some contact with applicants;

- Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle;

- Address routine questions by managers and employees;

- Assists in the coordination of local training;

- Coordination of corporate sponsored training;

- Training of development plans;

- Address well-defined questions by managers and employees;

- Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process"- Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle;

- Coordination of corporate sponsored training;

- Responsible for routine employee grievances;

- Address questions on compensation and benefits;

- Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed
