Responsibilities**:

The HR Generalist Intern will support the HR Corporate Team and wiill have the opportunity to work on different processes and activities related to HR Management, such as Training, Recruitment, Internal Communication, Policies & Procedures, Reporting.

He/she will be involved both on daily activities as well as in the project management of some different global initiatives.

**Main Activities**:

Participate in the definition and planning of global Training plans

- Participate in the implementation of Learning Management System training courses and management of licenses

- Participate in the activities of identification, management and retention of talent

- Participate in the definition and management succession planning and performance management activities

Support the Recruitment activities

- Relationships with Universities and Business School

- KPI's recollecting and reporting

Support the Internal Communication

- To deal with private and confidential personnel issues including employee detail

- Where possible to use own initiative in responding/dealing with queries which arise on a daily basis

Support the HR Team in managing and the implementation of the HR Processes

- Participate in the definition and deployment of new processes and procedures across all Brands

**Experience and Education**:

- Master Degree in Economics/Social Science/HR;

- Fluency in Italian and English;

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite;

- Any previous experience in HR Department would be your advantage;

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information

**Work location**: Milan/Meda (MB)
