**What you will do

The intern will support the HR department in the following activities:

- Support in local and international Payroll and other administrative tasks (benefits management, planning mandatory medical examinations, etc. );

- Improvement and maintenance of the internal HRIS;

- Manage back-office activities to support the department;

- Market benchmark and internal equity analysis;

- Be involved in global projects as ESG, D&I, L&D, WHP.

**Personal Profile

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, HR or Humanities. A postgraduate degree in HR management will be considered a plus.

- Fluent in English

- Ms Excel

- A great desire to learn and to develop new skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Strong sense of responsibility and ethical approach to work
