The intern will be part of the HR team and will support the staff in the development and implementation of all HR strategies and policies.

This will aim to the learning of new competencies, knowledge about Mattel and children market, and to practice the theoretical HR knowledge gained during the university.

**Main Responsabilities**:

The intern will be involved in the following activities:

- Staffing process for internal and external vacancies as much as for internship opportunities

- Onboarding process for each new employee and for each significant internal job rotation

- Training organization and development processes

- Internal communication projects

- Updating organization charts for headcount reports

- Supporting the local HR Manager in the definition and implementation of specific projects

**What We're Looking For**:

- Multi-tasking attitude

- Team-working skills

- Winning mentality and strong will to succeed

- International/cross-cultural experience (fluent in Italian & English)

- Very good computer skills

- Master in HR is a plus
