We are looking for a fresh graduate willing to join our HR team for **6 months of internship experience**!

The **HR Generalist Intern** will support the development and implementation of all HR strategies and policies.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

The internship will provide you with the opportunity to learn about key HR processes and get hands-on experience in employees' life-cycle activities.

As part of the team, you will contribute to:

- Staffing process for internal and external vacancies as much as for internship opportunities

- The onboarding process for each new employee

- Training organization and development processes

- Provide a fresh perspective on any HR matters and demonstrate the courage to challenge the status quo

**Education & Experience**:

- Brilliant academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology/Law/Economics disciplines

- Knowledge of the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

- Ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on

- Strong ability to collaborate

**Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (BO) with flexible work arrangements
