**About the Role
Within the headquarters G. D HR Department, we are selecting a recent graduate for a 6-month internship, supporting the HR Business Partner.
The internship aims to provide knowledge of the main management processes, mindset, and approach of an HR Business Partner within an Italian multinational company.
The activities of the internship will include:
- Support in the implementation of engagement projects for Operations personnel (design, delivery, feedback survey)
- Support in the recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes of new employees
- Preparation and updating of HR KPI reports to support people management
- Support in the daily activities of the referring HRBP
- Participation in area HRBP meetings and training and updating moments
**What You Need to Be Successful
- Master Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Power Point and Excel
- Familiarity in data analysis and interpretation
- Previous experience, even if brief, in similar positions will be considered a plus
- Excellent spoken and written Italian and English
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the HR world in all its facets
- Optimistic and proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, collaboration, willingness to learn through feedback
- Ability to organize one's work based on assigned priorities
