We are currently looking for an **HR Generalist** to support the HRBP of Corporate Functions on the main HR processes, such as: recruiting, learning & development, talent management, compensation management, labor cost management.

In particular, **you will**:

- Support in the activities related to recruiting and selection (in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition center of expertise)

- Help with the preparation of the documentation for the Performance Management process: annual review, HR mapping, succession tables

- Support in the preparation of the material for Reporting processes (HR budgets and forecast processes)

- Work on labor cost analysis and HR analytics in general

**Your profile**:

- Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Economics

- Interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organization and execution skills

- Passionate about people

- You are expert in Excel and PowerPoint

- You are fluent in Italian and English.
