The resource will support the HR Corporate Functions team based in Milan in all the activities related to the function.

In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

- Participation in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers/HRBP;

- Participation in Employer Branding events;

- Keep contacts with Placement Offices of Schools and Universities;

- Support in the activities of analysis and internal reporting (evaluation forms, recruiting reports, database management, monitoring the distribution of internships in the various locations and departments);

- Follow-up of internships onboarding process and keep track of tutors feedbacks;

- Complete management of SAP HR/AgileApp processes (hiring, suspension, termination, etc.

);

- Activation of curricular and extra-curricular internships considering all the terms of regional regulations.

**Profile**:

- Master Degree in Economics, Management or similar;

- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);

- Fluent English, both spoken and written;

- Good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills;

- Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility;

- Strong passion for the Luxury world.
