**The team you'll be part of
Nokia's People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees.
We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
**What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
- Participate in the Country People Agenda initiatives working with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality HR delivery of services and projects
- Support the design of country specific policies
- Contribute on Diversity & Inclusion projects
- Drive all the administrative tasks to manage funded training
- HR reporting and data analysis
- Support the internal HR communication
- Manage all the administrative tasks to manage internships and school apprenticeship programs, including relationship and documents with Universities, Schools and Institutions
**Your skills and experience
You have:
- Master's Degree and/or postgraduate education in Human Resources Management
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Passion for Human Resources topics
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible and complex environment, with a multitasking mindset

As compensation package Nokia offer a monthly reimbursement of 1. 000€ + daily meal voucher
Site location is Vimercate (MB) with possibility to work remotly from home 3 days/week on average
