- Job Description
- The Human Resources Generalist partners with both Employees and Managers to provide timely and accurate information in all areas of HR policy and procedures.
You will provide support and training for annual HR processes e. g.
Optimising Performance, Annual Salary Review, Talent Management process, etc.
and is responsible for ensuring that employees are able to access HR services as required.
- The aim of this role is to support all employees related activity across Italy, Portugal, and Greece.
- Key Accountabilities of this role
- Act as the first point of contact for all employees in Italy, Portugal, and Greece with regards to HR queries
- Provide day-to-day support on HR policies and programs and ensure that they are effectively communicated to all employees
- Provide support to managers on employee-related queries
- Responsible for roll-out and administration of HR programs (including roadshows, live meetings, and trainings)
- Work closely with regional HR Operations team to lead process improvement initiatives
- Provide support to regional Recruitment and Employee Relations teams
- Provide support and training within the company
- Provides support and training for annual development cycles including Development Plans, Salary Reviews, Talent Reviews, Top Employer and Pulse Surveys
- Partner with Centres of Expertise (COE) to support Reward and Talent & Learning initiatives with managers and employees
- Management and maintenance of personnel files
- Coordinates off-boarding process & participates in policy & program roll-out initiatives

- Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a relevant Human Resources technical discipline
- Desirable: Post graduate qualifications in business or related disciple
- Experience
- 2-5 years related experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in administration and explanation of HR policies and procedures
- Experience with end user customer support and training
- Experience of HR systems, Workday preferable
- Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience interacting with employees and management at all levels and providing excellent customer service
- Customer service focussed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Languages
- Italian and English fluency
- Preferred Education
Masters
- Preferred Level of Work Experience
3 - 5 years
