**Job purpose
Support the implementation key HR activities and processes in Sales & Marketing South Region.
**Key responsibilities
**Attraction and Employer Branding
Proactively provide ideas and implement activities to sustain our Employer Branding also leveraging social networks presence, e. g.
LinkedIn, Insta, etc. , in cooperation with PR & Comm function.
Support execution of 'ad hoc' certification projects.
Support reporting and documents preparation in line with ISO requirements and Quality Manual Statement during the annual internal and external Audits.
Monito and follow up onboarding process; further develop ideas to increase effectiveness and improve employee experience.
**Talent management, training & development
Support the delivery of the **Continuous** **performance management **processes in order to enhance people empowerment in the local organization and in line with the Company's strategy.
**Talent Management**: support South Region HR Business Partner in implementing talent management initiatives, following up on action plans and operational activities for successful and smooth implementation.
**Training & Development**: support HR team in developing effective and innovative Learning programs and flawless implementation of the above programs.
Perform Development Plan analysis in order to define trainings needs.
Manage Training calendar and maintain correct and updated data into company Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitor the quality and success of the training through specific tools (KPI); update and communicate relevant KPIs.
**Digitalization and Data Analytics
Contribute to digitalization of HR processes and documentation flows ad digital upskilling projects.
For all above activities, support South Region HR Business Partner with data analysis, preparing key analytics reporting, tracking of HR KPIs and suggesting development of other useful analytics tools.
Maintain quality data into HRIS systems.
**DEI, CSR and HR Projects
Support local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plans design and implementation of relevant initiatives.
Identify needs of customization and local implementation a of strategic CSR projects and E8 Commitment plans, proactively contributing to ideas generation, activities implementation and communication plans.
**Required capabilities
- **University Degree** in HR/Organization or General management/Economy or Law or Psycology
- **Learning, Development and talent management **theory, tools and processes knowledge
- **IT and Digital tools** literacy; analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration and team work spirit
- Values aligned with our Bridgestone Essence and E8 Commitment
- Curiosity
- Languages: Italian and English fluent
**Experience (nice to have)
- Short experience (e. g.
stage) in an HR department within a multinational company
- Study or work experience abroad (e. g.
Erasmus)
