**Responsibilities**:

The **HR Generalist Junior** supports the HR Business Partner in processes such as personnel management, _recruiting_ and _onboarding_, _compensation & benefits_, management of personnel evaluation, training and development processes.

- Recruitment and selection

- Support in people management

- Management of reporting, organizational charts and _job descriptions_

- Contract management

- HR policy development and implementation

**Technical Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the English language, written and spoken

- Knowledge of the MS Office package
