Your Tasks**:

- You are responsible for the HR processes (Talent Acquisition and HR Operations) for our Italian DR SMILE team in Milan

- You will be the main point of contact for HR related topics for the Italian team and our German headquarter

- You are seeking for new talents through job postings on our career page and active sourcing (i. e.

on LinkedIn)

- You are responsible for all contractual creations as well as the payroll preparation in cooperation with our external agency

- You are also the feel good manager for our Italian team - feel good talks, organization of team events, employer branding and many more exciting tasks await you

**Your Skills**:

- You know how the HR processes (recruiting, operations, office management) work in Italy and already gained more than 3 years of experience within this field

- You have completed a degree at a University in the field of business administration, HR management, corporate communication or similar

- You represent our company through your friendly, motivated, professional and open manner

- You work independently, you are structured, always keep an overview and have a hands-on mentality

- You are fluent in Italian and in English as well (written and spoken)
