Hr Generalist (M4 42-049)
Alternative locations: Bratislava, SVK / Rome, IT We are looking for an HR generalist to join our local organization based in either Bratislava or Rome.
You will support your local region plus a global team with HR support.

You will become a part of an international HR team and together you will develop, implement, and drive short- and long-term HR initiatives in support of the business and strategic objectives.
You will actively partner with line managers and team leaders and drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.
This role offers a great portion of diversity in terms of functions in which you will get involved.
You will work in areas as head requisition management, induction, performance management, training, communication, compensation management, etc.
We are looking for somebody who enjoys spending time on site, somebody who is communicative, friendly, and emphatic at the same time, to be able to support company business needs, coach employees, supervisors, and managers in addressing interpersonal and behavioral challenges.
Your task will also be to ensure that HR guidelines, practices, programs, and processes are implemented within your area offices and are clearly communicated, understood, and followed throughout the business.
You will also be required to maintain employee data in our HRIS system and to handle any personnel agenda in line with the local legislation (including absence management, employee contract preparation, GDPR, health & safety and cooperation with external partner on areas as payroll, employee tax declaration etc. ).
To join us in this role you will need to have: Full-range HR experience in a multi-national organization Excellent communication skills Fluent in either Slovak or Italian and English, written and spoken Computer skills (MS Office) Willingness to travel occasionally Performance driven behavior High degree of autonomy, able to work under minimum supervision Flexible and positive to change management Ability to work in a diverse, multi-national organization
