Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

This position is part of the _HR department_ located in _Buccinasco

- Milan_Italy _and will be Hybrid position.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- _ Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process, helping out where necessary during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees>_

- _ Assisting with payroll administration and general administration and coordination_

- _ Being the go-to person for employees with benefits-related questions and problems, managing employee health and welfare plans_

- _ Assisting with performance management procedures_

- _ Conducting audits of HR programs _

- _Managing all required training_

- _ Support to Fleet management_

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- _ Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field_

- _ 3-5 Years of experience_

- _ Fluent English_

- Problem solver person

- Team worker

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- _ Multinational environments_

- _ Ability to work on different projects_
